Our 7th Tradition Virtual Basket

As Lunch with Bill Group is meeting at this time by Zoom Meetings only, we can’t pass a physical Basket for contributions. But we have a solution.

Our Zoom Meetings, this website, and our email account are all free at this point, but we need to maintain a prudent reserve for when we re-open.

Your contributions support the following Home Group Functions:

maintaining a physical meeting place so that we when we are able, meetings will resume
providing coffee to our members when we resume meeting physically
providing chips and medallions to those members who celebrate a milestone
purchasing literature for our group and resale at cost to members
supporting local AA Events, such as the Alkathon, the Springathon and the Eastern Ontario Conference of Alcoholics Anonymous
supporting the other levels of AA, such as Ottawa Area Intergroup, District 62, Area 83, and the General Service Office

We have set up a virtual method so that you can contribute through your Online Banking Account by sending an Interac Payment. All you need do is sign on to your Bank Account and send an Interac payment to the following email address, which is monitored by both the Chairperson and the Immediate Past Treasurer of the Group. The money you send will be automatically deposited into the Group’s Accounts.

Please add a note when submitting your Interac contributions as follows: “I am a member of Alcoholics Anonymous”.

The amount that you give is your own choice.
There is a yearly maximum donation limit of $3000.00;
We do not accept donations from non-members.
